Sir Henry Jones Museum
Y Cwm, Llangernyw
After many months of serious thought, the Trustees of Amgueddfa Syr Henry Jones (Sir Henry Jones Museum), Llangernyw, have come to the conclusion that they cannot keep the museum open unless more volunteers come forward. We therefore are seeking interest from people who would be willing to help, including filling key roles such as Treasurer and Secretary. If you would be willing to help, please contact syrhenryjones@hotmail.com or phone Holly Evans (07739 972561) or Morus Jones (01745 860663) before November 30th. If we have not received sufficient response, we will unfortunately have no choice but to close the museum.

The Sir Henry Jones Museum exists to commemorate the achievements of Sir Henry Jones, and to interpret his life in the context of a 19th Century Welsh rural community. This is accomplished through museum collections, displays and educational materials.
The Sir Henry Jones Museum is situated in the middle of the village of Llangernyw on the A548 between Abergele and Llanrwst. It is advised to arrive via car or bus as it is around a 15 minute drive from Llanrwst and 20 minutes from Abergele on roads without pedestrian pavements. There is a bus (Service No. 43) that travels from Belgrano to Llangernyw, twice a day, everyday except Sunday. The bus stop is less than a 100m from the museum.
