Contributing

There are many ways in which you can contribute towards the museum.

In the first instance PLEASE VISIT THE MUSEUM. Visitor numbers are very important to us, as well as the feed-back we receive. We no longer charge an entry fee, but suggest a donation of about £2 per visitor. Donations form a significant part of our annual income.

We are always looking for volunteers if you are interested in helping more directly. Volunteers are responsible for manning the museum during the opening hours, helping with arranging events, looking after the garden. Indeed all our officers are volunteers, we have no paid employees.
